Christina Aguilera Is Happy To Share Primetime With Rival Fellow Judge Britney ... - PerezHilton.com

While Simon Cowell may still be furious with producers at NBC over their last minute decision to air an episode of The Voice during the second season premiere of The X Factor - and steal the competition's ratings in the process - we're thrilled to know that the animosity hasn't made its way down to Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera!

While the decision was initially rumored to be an attempt to re-ignite a rivalry between the ladies, and steal the thunder from Brit's reality television debut, Xtina is once again speaking out on the matter, and is insistent that there is no bad blood between the pop stars!

She says:

“I welcome them on to the TV family; it’s a fun place to be… We’ve been in this business for a long time and I have nothing but respect for Britney… There’s room for all of us.”

And we are DELIGHTED to hear this!

Leave the feuding to the producers and networks!

There's been enough women being pitted against women in pop culture, and we're so thrilled that both these supremely talented ladies have been so supportive of each other as they transition into such important mentorship roles for the next generation of musicians coming up through these shows!

Here's hoping they can keep it up!
